Trade some couch time for physical activity. Every session is different and more challenging than the previous helping you to succeed in achieving your goals.

I will challenge you physically, mentally, and emotionally which is key for long term results. If you are looking to lose weight fast, greatly improve your fitness levels, improve your self-confidence and self-motivation or simply looking to learn some self-defence techniques then Exerciseworks Boxing for fitness is for you.

Exerciseworks – personal training boot camp sessions are tailored in a way that will fit various fitness levels and gives that extra level of motivation and support needed to get results faster. I allow you to work at your own pace while providing a whole body workout that builds strength, endurance and gain fitness. I do encourage you to give it your all, pushing you outside your comfort zones. Expect a lot running, burpees, squats, sprints, and lunges – while getting yourself closer to your fitness goals. Boxing for fitness is also incorporated in the boot camp sessions. Boxing helps in massive fat burning, cardio-vascular, strength, conditioning and toning workout which teaches traditional boxing skills and training techniques.

Exerciseworks - is a great way to take your fitness to the next level! I offer monthly challenges for anyone looking to push their fitness to new limits. My aim with the challenges is to provide a healthy competition that motivates participants to get fit. Challenges are designed to allow you to compete against friends (both head to head, team-based and also to push yourself to your ultimate limit.

Expect to set and achieve goals, make new, supportive friends, gain a new found level of confidence in YOUR body…..expect to change both physically and emotionally. Expect to be better, fitter, stronger. It will happen. Your best body not that far away. Will it be easy? NOPE. Worth it? ABSOLUTELY.

In the event of bad weather, sessions will go ahead but an alternative location may be arranged; ensure that your trainer has your mobile number.

What to bring to each session:

  • Bring a water bottle. Hydration is important and regular drink breaks are given throughout your workouts.
  • Wear comfortable workout clothing (sneakers, shorts, sweats, t-shirt, etc.). Make sure you dress appropriately for the weather.
  • Exercise mat or gym towel
  • GlovesCotton liners will be provided to you by your trainer during your first session. The use of cotton inners worn on hands is essential to prolong the life of the boxing mitts and pads and will maintain the hygienic use of the equipment. As boxing gloves are not washable, cotton inners will help protect from sweat and germs.
    After each session simply wash YOUR cotton inners, so that they are fresh and clean for the next time you need to use them. Always bring your cotton liners to every boot camp session.
